FUNKY MONKS concert and the legendary Easter Bunny Party
After the YUCI anniversary weekend in December, New Year's Eve and a few lovely little live band weekends, we are now ready for a little MORE partying.
At Yuci, live music is part of a proper party. A band that gets the audience out of their seats and dancing. The FUNKY MONKS could do that 25 years ago at the drop of a hat. Does it still work a quarter of a century later? The band led by Caroline Chevin and Nori Rickenbacher has reunited for YUCI's 30th anniversary: rehearsing, practising, playing.
They were actually supposed to play for us in December, but had to cancel due to illness. In the meantime, they were able to play concerts at the Gaswerk Seewen. They rocked the house in front of two sold-out crowds. And now they are coming to YUCI after all: on Friday, 6 March 2026. No advance ticket sales, free admission, admission from 30 years of age, first come, first served, from 10 p.m. Table reservations for dinner are not possible via the website, but only by email to Turn on Javascript!.
Then we'll take another 4-week break from parties before venturing into the new edition of the legendary Easter Bunny Party. On Easter Saturday, 4 April 2026, the bunnies will be on the loose. Here, too, a band that is guaranteed to get the party started is a must. We have chosen Generell 80. They describe themselves as ‘the ultimate 80s tribute party band’ – so they fit the motto perfectly. Admission is free here too, and you must be 30 years or older.
On both evenings, DJ Rizzle will take over after the concerts and keep the party going even after the live acts. Will you be there? We would be delighted to see many (old) familiar faces again!
