Our hotel is centrally located opposite the train station. All bus services run from this station. Cable cars, shops and many restaurants are all within walking distance.

Numerous parking spaces are available at the hotel. These are free for those who book directly. Charging stations are also available for electric cars.

We have 73 rooms in 5 different categories across 4 floors. Photos and further details are available under ROOMS.

Check-in is from 4 p.m., checkout is by 11 a.m. from Monday to Friday and by 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. We also offer late checkout on request and subject to availability. Simply let us know when you book and we’ll see what we can do.

Our reception team is on hand from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m.

Yes, the hotel is a non-smoking hotel. No smoking is allowed inside the hotel. Ashtrays are provided outdoors.

Yes, breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast is served in the Living Room by BT between 7.30 and 10 a.m. from Monday to Friday and 7.30 a.m. and noon on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements in advance.

No. Non-guests are also welcome to breakfast at the hotel for CHF 39 per person. Please register in advance the day before via Turn on Javascript!

Hotel Bellevue-Terminus has the Yucatan restaurant and the Living Room by BT.

Yes. We’d be happy to serve breakfast in your room for a small service charge. During the winter season, we also offer a small room service menu in the evening. Just give us a call.

Hotel Bellevue-Terminus is well equipped to cater for families. Depending on the age of the child, you can either book a large room with a sofa bed or two rooms with a connecting door. A cot is also available for very small children. Otherwise, we recommend our Top Connection room, which sleeps 5.

We have a total of 5 different categories. All rooms come with parquet flooring (suitable for allergy sufferers), a multichannel flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe and a refrigerator. All bathrooms have a rain shower, hair dryer and care products.

No. In order to be more sustainable, coffee- and tea-making facilities are only available on floors 2 to 4.

No. The refrigerator in the room is stocked solely with mineral water. For other cold beverages, we recommend the bar in the Yucatan restaurant.

Yes, we have a few rooms with a connecting door. We’d be happy to see if these are available for your stay.

Unfortunately, not. However, we do have a small map (could send as a PDF) of great running routes and can recommend the gym Physio Fit, which is less than a five-minute walk away.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in certain rooms and in the Yucatan restaurant by prior arrangement. However, please do not let your dog sit on our armchairs, chairs or sofas. If you need a dog blanket, just let us know. We charge CHF 20 per night (without food). Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the Living Room by BT or breakfast area until 2 p.m. Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the hotel. OK?

Yes, you’ll find a laundry bag and a price list in the wardrobe in your room.

It depends on the rate. If you’ve booked the standard rate, you can cancel for free up to 2 days before your arrival outside of the winter season. During the winter season, you can cancel for free up to 7 days prior to arrival. Over Christmas/New Year, you can cancel up to 21 days prior to arrival.

If you’ve booked a non-refundable rate, no refund will be given and you’ll have to pay the full amount in advance.

We accept all standard debit and credit cards, and you can pay by Twint. If you’d like to pay cash, we also accept Swiss francs and euros.

Yes, you can pay for your reservation in advance by bank transfer or credit card.

Yes, BT guests can rent our electric mountain bikes, including helmet, padlock and backpack, between April and November:

Engelberg really isn’t that big. The village centre is within easy walking distance. Otherwise, you can get from A to B on one of the local buses or by taxi. Timetables and phone numbers are available at reception.
