Covid-19 protective measures
Strict cleanliness and hygiene regulations have not only been our daily routine since Corona. In these challenging times, we have revised and strengthened them in order to implement an even more comprehensive hygiene strategy - because with us only our friendliness should be contagious!
Access limitation and distance control
We pay attention to a limited maximum number of people present in all public areas, the lobby and in our restaurants. In addition, distance zones have been marked and guests and employees are urged to keep the minimum distance of 1.5 meters.
All of our employees wear masks and we ask our guests to wear masks as well. Disposable masks can be provided free of charge.
Disinfectant dispensers are available at all entrance areas, the elevators and the public toilets. Disinfection in public areas Covid-19 has raised awareness of the cleanliness of surfaces with intensive contact. In public areas, the already strict cleaning protocols have been supplemented, which stipulate that surfaces are treated more frequently and thoroughly with disinfectants, as they are also used in hospitals.
Perfect cleanliness and hygiene in the room
The already strict cleaning guidelines have been added to the rooms. The cleaning staff all wear masks, change all cleaning cloths after each room and clean and disinfect all surfaces in the room with virucidal agents. Bed linen and towels are washed with a disinfecting detergent. Only on request guest rooms will be cleaned during the stay and in absence of guests. Private objects are not touched and rooms are thoroughly ventilated.
Adjustments at breakfast
As we do not want to limit the offers for breakfast, we found a combination of table service and buffet. All dishes on the buffet are in portions. We ask you to keep your distance to other guests at the buffet and to wear a mask.
Requirements for restaurants & bars
There is a maximum occupancy for the individual table of four people. This does not apply to families and children who live in the same household. Distances between tables are at least 1.5 metres or is guaranteed by separating devices. Tables and chairs are disinfected between occupancy. The masks may be taken off at the table. The consumption of food and drinks is only permitted while seated. On the tables you will find QR codes for registration with a detailed explanation. There is a curfew from 11 p.m.
Requirements for seminars and events
Seminars and events for up to 30 people are allowed. Seating at a distance of 1.5m is possible without any problems thanks to the spacious rooms. All rooms are thoroughly disinfected and ventilated. Disinfectant is also available in the rooms. The maximum number of people allowed per room is documented and the contact details of people present are recorded. All consumption (coffee break, lunch, dinner) is taken seated at tables with a maximum of four people.
Our entire team is regularly trained by their team leaders and informed about news and measures. Protection concepts have been worked out for all departments in accordance with the requirements of the national health department.
